Shola Animashaun Esq. was born on the 26th July, 1960. He had his Primary School education at Local Authority (LA) School, Ikeja (1973) and his Secondary School education at Lagos African Church Grammar School, Ifako, Agege at (1978).
He had University degrees: B.Sc (Psychology) and M.Sc (Industrial and Organisational Psychology) at the University of Ibadan in 1985 and 1987 respectively. He later studied Law at the University of Lagos, LLB in 2000 and obtained his B.L at the Nigerian Law School (2002).
He later obtained Master’s Degree in Law (LLM) in 2004 at the Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife. His Managerial experience span over 35 years and his experience as a Legal Practitioner span over 20 years.
He is a Training and Management Consultant. He is currently a Debt Recovery Consultant to various Banks and other notable organizations. He was a former Personnel Director, Imperial Ventures Limited and Senior Consultant, Management Link.
He also worked with Lagos State Agricultural Development Authority, Oko-Oba, Agege. Presently, he is the Managing Partner, Goldhedges Consulting (Training and Management Consultants), Shola Animashaun & Co. (Legal Practitioners) and Lawhedges Associates (Arbitrators, Legal, Property and Debt Recovery Consultants).
He is also Executive Director of Faranny Consulting Limited (Management, Tax, Accounting and Debt Recovery Consultants). He belongs to different professional bodies, including: Nigerian Bar Association, Chartered Institute of Personnel Management, Nigerian Institute of Management Psychological Association of Nigeria and Chartered Institute of Arbitrators Nigeria. He is also an accredited Management Trainer by the Authority of the Nigerian Council for Management Development through Centre for Management Development. He has attended many courses and received awards in his human capital development career and legal practice over the years.
On the Social front, Shola Animashaun Esq. was at various times the President of Lopest Club of Lagos, Secretary General of Mainland Social Elite and Governor of Lagos African Church Grammar School, Old Student Association, 1978 Set, known as LAFROSA’78.
He is the current Legal Adviser of Agege Club of Nigeria. Shola is legally married to Kemi with whom he had four children
